The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed in the late 1980s
The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks
Main principles:
● Decide on the task to be done. You can use your favorite method (soft, service or good old paper)
● Set the pomodoro timer (traditionally to 25 minutes).
● Work on the task until the timer rings.
● After signal take a short break (3–5 minutes) then repeat work session
● After four pomodoros, take a longer break (15–30 minutes) then repeat cycle
